Why there is a straight line in my CV curve?

I am scanning CV curves using 3M Na2SO4 electrolyte in Ag/AgCl, Pt mesh and Phos-COF as my positive electrodes, respectively. Every time it gives me straight line at 0. Why this happens?

attach isthe TEM of the same sample can you explain me a little more in details whichmorphology it refmlects from SEM and from TEM it looks like clusters whta do you think about that?
