What is the technical way to choose potential window of two different materials using as supercapacitors?

I want to use NCS/CNT as cathode and Carbon fiber paper (CFP) as anode for supercapacitor assembly and i want to widen the potential window. My question is; what is the criteria to take anode materials and how we can calculate the winden potential value by using combined system? for example: NCS/CNT window is = -0.2 - 0.6 and CFP is = -1.0 - 0.0 how we can say that this is the value of potential window of my system.
