I have publicily uploaded my paper and added a DOI, but the time I try to search for it, I do not find anything.
The only way to find my publication is to search for my name among the researchers.
Did I have miss some steps?

It should be in "Contributions" otherwise reload and check again in your profile "contributions"

It is indeed in "Contributions" and I tried twice to reload. The only problem is that anyone is able to see the publication using the search bar.
Is there perhaps a processing time which I am not aware of? This is only the first time I use researchgate, afterall.

I think you need to wait for sometimes then it will automatically appear in search.
