Let's suppose I am writing an article review. A particular paragraph can be written only taking information by one o two papers at maximum, both from the same author (which is a researcher of a non-public project).
In order not to repeat the same citation over and over, can I just mark the title with the corrispondent citation number?
This would mean that "the whole paragraph is based on those 1-2 papers".

No, you have to follow standard procedure of citation style like APA...

Are you referring to being a blind reviewer for a journal article that is under R&R? If so, it shouldn't be a problem to just say Smith et al., for example.
