This figure show about CFU/ml of one species at 4 difference temperature. However, I can not explain for this? This were repeated three time and get average. Could somebody help me?
Nguyen - I have a question. It's not clear from your question whether you're treating the broth at several different temperatures, or if the broth organisms are grown under the same condition and then plated onto agar plate that are then placed at 4 different temperatures. Can you provide a little more data about the experiment?
Also, I've attached links to manuscripts that might be of value.

In my case, he broth organisms are grown under the same condition and then plated onto agar plate that are then placed at 4 different temperatures. Then I count the viable bacteria. After five day incubation, they got maximum growth.
So, why the lastest data at 4 agar plates at 4 incubation temperature were not same ?
