Actually I am getting now the same problem. my cells are cardiomyocytes when I do passaging after 2,3 days I'm getting a powdery substances settled on the flask, when I treated my cells with 1X antibiotic alone for few minutes later my cells it was clear. I dont know whether it is a contamination but frequently I'm getting it again and again. But cells are fine but little stressed. I did sterility check by placing the culture with media alone after two days same issues.
