Hi LaTeX guys,
I am trying to caption a figure in the latex template of IEEE access and the image is so big that it can only be placed on the top/bottom of the manuscript. As you may already know, the IEEE access is basically a two-columns journal and if the picture doesn´t fit in one single column, it may go to the top. As the image is on the top and takes most of the page width, I expect the caption to be arranged in a single column as well. Surprisingly, the caption is displayed in a single line and after reaching the end of the line, the remainder letters are discarded!!
\Figure[htb!](topskip=0pt, botskip=0pt, midskip=0pt)[scale=0.5]{Fig_3.png}{ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ \label{FFig3}}
Note: I´ve also tried \begin{figure}...\end{figure}, the caption is written well but the figure is partially positioned underneath the text body.
Does the "ieeeaccess.cls" or "IEEEtran.cls" impose any constraint on caption length?
Thanks for help.
