My recent research is about Lateral flow nucleic acid based AuNP biosensor to detect pork DNA, but it is having difficulty in the process of color changes in the membranes when the hybridization process occurs, there is no change in the color red is supposed to happen in the membrane. All procedures of conjugation AuNP with thiolated probes and biotinylated probe with avidin according to the paper titled "Nucleic acid disposable biosensors based on gold nanoparticles probes and lateral flow strip" ( Mao 2009). I modified the use of streptavidin replaced with avidin with the aim of reducing costs.
