Why does my pdbsum generated file not showing interacting residues of two proteins?

I have uploaded docked complex of two proteins in pdbsum server. Both the proteins have different chain names in the pdb file. However, the pdbsum generated file is not showing protein-protein interaction. Can somebody please help me with this to resolve this issue?
