I use stainfree gels. I have attached here one of my good blots and hazy blots. Can anyone give me any idea why this hazy look appears instead of clear one?

Vikrant Mehta Yes, during taking of the images, there are multiple variables we need to consider. Like: Image size (small, medium, large), Exposure time in seconds and minutes (auto, manual). We need to try every parameter one by one to see which one suits best with our gels. And these variabilities of exposure times mostly depend on the amount of protein and so on. My fault was, I did not try my own optimization. I just used the previous person's setting. Please let me know if you have some other queries. Usually, we use the BioRad imaging set up.
