Titre obtained from feces will not directly related to titre administered to the mice, this will depend on the physiological status of the mice. However, CFU from different dilutions taken  from a single titre should reflect dilution effects. However, if there is no CFU differences between dilution titres, one of the reason could be cell was not evenly suspended during dilution...or simply it could also be due to some form of contamination. A common precaution in making CFU calculation is to ensure even distribution of cells to avoid clumping while minimising contamination
