I use laminin as a soluble factor: 100ug per ml. I let my cells adhere and then change the medium with the laminin. The cells are not ok, they don't proliferate much and I can see "dirt" in the substrate. I've used laminin this way, in the past, and it didn't stay that way. Help me, please!
To solve this problem you need to consider four points:
(1) The contamination of your cells. Be sure that the cells you are using are clean and young.
(2)The source of laminin and isoform
(3) The concentration of laminin you have used
(4) The number of your cells against the concentration of laminin
