Why do different Primer design softwares show different results, for the same gene?

I used OligoPrimer, PrimerBlast and PrimerQuest. Shouldn't the results be the same?

Nope, they use different algorithms. Check the details of the default settings and you'll see some of it. Probably not worth your time to dig into the programming since they all are good.
