Although it looks like mealybugs but I hardly encountered such type of insect..doesn't looks like spiral mealybug too..could be scale insect like Orthezia..needs techinical advice..thanks
Probably Giant scale insect from the family Monophlebidae, superfamily Coccoidea. It can be Drosicha mangiferae (mango mealybug) as there are many instances of this pest infesting guava plant.
Looks like a mealy bug. If there are ants following the mealy trail then it’s most probably from Pseudococcidae only. Accurate identification would depend on the size though. Could be D. mangifera or M. hirsutus, both can be found on guava and look similar to the picture.
