In COMSOL, how to use the gas concentration distribution results obtained by steady-state calculation as initial condition for plasma module for subsequent calculations?

The commonly used data transfer methods do not seem to work, such as two research steps in one study or the latter calling the former's data in two studies, and the species transfer module and the plasma module do not have a directly coupled multiphysics interface, so how should data transfer be implemented?

I heard that the steady-state results can be called for input as an interpolation function, but I seem to have made some mistakes and cannot achieve it. Could anyone give me some suggestions? I would be very grateful, thank you.
