As shown in the figure, the results in the literature show that the SUMOylation band of FXR was detected in HpG2 cells. However, I did not detect the SUMOylation bands of FXR in HepG2 cells and 293T cells, including overexpression of FXR and SUMO1. Is there any important process that has been neglected about SUMO modification? Or, is there anything I need to pay special attention to in the study of SUMO modification?
