It is postulated that visual signals deliver the main stream of information to the brain. A priori, one can conclude that many areas of the brain are involved in the processing of such information. Such activity of neurons is energy-consuming and requires a lot of energy. But the main thing in this problem is not so much in this obvious truth, but in the importance of incentives of different modalities for remembering people of different abilities and professions.
