Why A260/280 of RNAs from adipocytes in nanodrop is high?

Hi researchers,

I used the RNA extraction kit for adipocytes. Then measurd RNA concentration with nanodrop. But A260/280 wa more than 2.5 in all samples. And A260/230 was very low, lower than 1. Does anycone know why?

I've found the answer to my question! After several months, I identified the issue and will explain it here for scientists who may encounter the same problem. I was using a high concentration of carrier during RNA extraction. Upon realizing this, I decreased the carrier concentration, and my problem disappeared. That's it!
