Actually i work on visceral and subcutaniuse fat from mice and culture them with both methodes of 2d and 3d. My cells are not differentiated well. I need the exact protocol to compair with mine.

Hi researchers, I used the RNA extraction kit for adipocytes. Then measurd RNA concentration with nanodrop. But A260/280 wa more than 2.5 in all samples. And A260/230 was very low, lower than 1....
