I am doing a CEL simulation by Abaqus software. I modeled a rigid die, a cube resin as deformable material, and a rigid plate (above the resin). All of them are located in the Eulerian domain. When I apply velocity to the upper die, it passes through the resin without any deformation. Does anybody have the same experience? Please tell me what should I do if anybody knows about this issue. It is necessary to say since I suppress the resin part so I can not define the surface-to-surface contact.
