innovation and creativity cannot happen in a vacuum. context plays a vital role in its manifestation. it is using all accessible resources differently and flexibly to get a new income. notably, the person himself/herself plays the vital role. looking at things uniquely leads to unique ideas and implementations. in my opinion, the context with all its features and resources including teachers and parents as human resources and environment as physical resource plays a pivotal role. however, the role of individual person is the most significant. best regards
In my opinion, first and foremost, before school year, parents play a significant role in nurturing creativity in children. However, during school years, especially elementary school, it is the the teachers who play an important role.

First, its immediate surrounding which may include an individual's parents, siblings, cousins and other relatives. Second, the setting where the individual resides, which includes neighborhood, school and people connected. Third, amount of time an individual is able to spend with nature/natural elements nearby.
