I need a protocol to enriched circulating trophoblastic cells using the isolation by size of epithelial tumor cells (ISET) method.
Hello
Basic Principle of ISET :
ISET methodology is a direct method for CTC/CTM
identification, in which CTCs are isolated by filtration without
use of tumor-associated markers, as a result of their large
size relative to circulating blood leukocytes, and necessitates
a module of filtration and a polycarbonate track-etch-type
membrane with calibrated 8-Mm-diameter cylindrical pores.
ISET uses the following steps: (i) peripheral blood collection
and processing ; (ii) optional enrichment of large
cells by blood filtration ; and (iii) characterization
of large cells on the membrane
Please , read carefully the attachments , i hope help you .
Good luck
Thank you very much, very useful the documentation
Luis
