This is the part of your picture not by mineral deficiency, several viruses could cause this symptoms, the diagnosis process with inoculation to healthy plants, indicator plants, ELISA...,good luck
Dear Elaheh , the second picture looks near to Fe-deficiency , while first one , i dont think, it is a mineral deficiency..? But , keeping watch on viruses will be equally important , since many of the viruses block the transport of mineral nutrients..
It is not easy to distinguish in the field when faced with a disease, deficiency or toxicity of nutrients or mechanical damage, it is always complicated. However, there are certain ways that help to conjecture and make decisions, such as symptoms or signs distribution in the field.
I mention the above because of I want to mean that it becomes more difficult to diagnose by means of pictures.
I ask you, are the photos of the same plantation or are they different plantations?, Is the nutrition through fertigation?, Is the soil acidic?.
The answers to the questions would help me to get clearer.

Could you please explain about symptoms distribution? Is it local or widespread through greenhouse? These pictures looks nitrogen,magnesium and Fe deficiency.
