Which vector and strain of Bacillus sp. is most suitable for large scale fermentation of enzymes & proteins?

I want to produce proteins at large scale fermenter level in Bacillus sp..

Please anyone tell me which strain and vector I should use for large scale fermentation of industrially important enzymes such as Amylase and Protease and other therapeutic proteins like nattokinase and serrtiopeptidase.

I have seen the reports of pHT43 vector for recombinant proteins production in Bacillus sp.

Is this really worth to produce proteins using this system or I should go for other vector strain variants to overproduce my proteins?

The most common species Bacillus subtilis is highly suited for your work as it is multipotent in most of the enzymes and proteins. I have reservation on using pHT43 vector, as it often misled the worker.
