There lots of them. You may contact your microscope manufacturer and ask about options they recommend. Hitachi and Sony both have good IR-DIC cameras (ask about C-Mount you may also need). Also you may check this topic:

Alternatively you may search electrophys papers for cameras they used (sometimes its indicated in Materials and Methods).

If you don't want to spend thousands on a camera and are willing to code a bit, the Sony Pregius CMOS chips are quite amazing. I use the linked camera for in vivo intrinsic imaging.

We tend to use Retiga 200R cameras from QImaging for patching in slices. Thorlabs also sells a few less expensive cameras. Anecdotally I've heard of people even using the DCC1545M (about $350) for slice patching - these are supported by micromanager.

An upside of the QImaging cameras is that they are supported by the Ephus open-source data acquisition system (for patching, laser-scanning photostimulation, and TTL-triggered video acquisition).

Please note that different QImaging cameras support a variety of triggering modes for frame acquisition: the Retiga 2000R, for example, can not acquire the next frame while the previous frame is being read out / transferred; however other models (2000DC, I think) can do so.
