Which type of Microscope is best suitable for visualization of plant tissues and cell cultures and the organelles of cells and the same could be used for Karyotyping or for counting the number of chromosomes in cells. I want to use it in Plant Tissue culture Lab. Please guide me who are expert in microscopic studies.

A good light microscope is sufficient for everything you mentioned except the organelles. For them you will need Transmission Electron Microscopy
A good binocular microscope is good enough to watch callus formation. Regerartion . Roòt formation.embrygenesis mutipleshoòt. Shoot formation. I have Zeiss hand lens that works well too.

To visualize plant tissues and cell cultures a good standard light microscope is enough, but a fluorescent microscope too could be of great help. If you are to observe small organelles you should use a Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). For Karyotyping G staining (Giemsa dye) could be done and observed under a basic bright field microscope.
