Does anyone know of a paper or papers that have demonstrated which transcription factor or factors bind the RAG1/2 locus to facilitate transcription? Several TFs whose ablation results in inhibition of RAG expression have been identified, but I'm wondering whether anyone knows which actually directly bind the locus.
