Dear Dr. Ali, here are some materials may will be useful for looking on and also Pdf for some correlation but for water as a working fluid. I think Prof Kandlikar has a good experience in this field so your suggestion paper it will good reference.

Dear Dr. Mohamed I'm thankfulk for your anwar and the papers sinding. There are some work were interesting of Critical heat flux (CHF), in which CHF is defined for subcooled and superheat flow. However I want known its expression for small channel (diameter between 3 and 25mm) for upward flow. In addition for mixing flow like refrigerant its expression is no good defined I think.

This parameter have an importance for boiling flow refrigerant in adsorption diffusion machine.
