Hello Prof. Zari, I did understand your questions. But if you are asking what countries are doing, I can say we are trying to reduce carbon emissions in energy generation but going to non-conventional renewable methods like wind, solar, geothermal here in Kenya. We still also use the Hydro power, but this plants capacity to produce is normally affected during the dry seasons blamed on climate change.

Almost all the big cities of India are under threat due to excessive rainfall. This list includes Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata. So, India is one of the worst affected countries by extreme rainfall due to climate change.
