I want to induce P-gp (humanized (MDR1)/mouse P-gp (Mdr1)) in the mouse model by drug/chemical treatment such as PMA (phorbol myristate-13-acetate). I also want to check the effect of PI3K-AKT-NF-kB inhibitor (eg LY294002) on P-gp expression (mostly by checking plasma protein or organs like liver, kidney or intestine protein). Which kind of mouse should I select? Mice must not knock out PI3K-Akt-NF-kB protein-expressing gene. Thanks in advance.
