Dear all,
I am interested in finding the core genome and singleton genes from a dataset of multiple chloroplast genomes (n=12). I don't have much experience in bidirectional BLAST. Can anyone recommend me a program or a web service? Many thanks!
get_homologues is a good software for this purpose. the manual is here

If you choose to try GET_HOMOLOGUES note that the code and documentation moved to https://github.com/eead-csic-compbio/get_homologues
