I have read an article and there are two set of primer pairs. Sense primers and antisense primers. The paragraph from the article is as
[ The partial DNA-dependent RNA polymerase II second largest subunit gene (Rpb2) sequences were obtained with sense primers rpb2T1: 5′-act ggt aac tgg ggt gag ca-3′or T2: 5′-acg ggt aac tgg ggt gaa ca-3′ with antisense primers rpb2E1: 5′-tc aca gtg agt cca ggt gtg-3′or E2: 5′-tc gca atg cgt cca ggt atg-3′. ]
From this article which primer should I use as forward and which should I use as a reverse.

what species are you amplifying. It makes identification of the primer positions and amplimer sizes more accurate
You could always do a BLAST search of their primers and see where they align on the Penicillium genome.
The amplimer size will vary greatly with the exact species being amplified but rpbt1 to rpbe1 should be about 800 bases and T2 to E2 should be about 500bp
