First link - which antibody do you have in mind, have you successfully used any of them to detect HLA-A24 by western blot?

Second link - HLA-A24 was detected by flow cytometry with W6/32. We do have antibody that detects HLA-A24 specifically by flow cytometry. We need one for western blot.

Dear Malgorzata,

There are no antibodies available, which you could use in HLA allele (A24) specific antigen detection in Western blot.

The most important (monoclonal) anti-HLA class I antibody W6/32, would detect all HLA class I antigens (molecules). Mouse anti Human HLA ABC antibody (Isotype IgG2a) , clone W6/32 recognizes an antigenic determinant shared among products of the HLA A, B and C loci. Clone W6/32 recognizes a conformational epitope, reacting with HLA class I alpha 3 and alpha 2 domains.

For that reason, you would need to produce the HLA-A24 specific antibodies by yourself. But this seems to be not easy.
