I have synthesized novel compounds and I would like to test their anticancer activity on various pancreatic cell lines. which compound should I use as a positive control ?

I am searching the positive control for anticancer activity too. Here the list that I found from papers and research gate.

1. Triton X

2. Sorafenib tosylate (Nexavar)

3. Doxorubicin (Adriamycin RDF/ Adryamycin PFS)

4. 5-Fu

I am not sure that u found and did ur experiment yet. But hope it will help you. Best of luck!~
