Dear Ardiana, the attached paper describes in detail the stability of the polymorphic forms of nimodipine. Form 1 is more stable, so it is best to prepare tablets from it. If prepared from form 2, then a phase transformation is possible, which can affect the properties of the tablet.

I agree with Nikita Vasilev. While using the drug with stirring using certain solvents results in the transformation of Form I to II.

So during the transformation, what physical properties are likely to change should be closely observed during our preformulation studies. If stability is the only concern i go with nikita.
