Many genes and their proteins are indicated in one disease or the other, either by expression changes, or by post-translational modifications. I would like to see an overview of where we currently are. The current trend is that a combination of biomarkers gives the best accuracy on either prediction, diagnosis, disease progression, or on eligibility for certain therapies. What platform brings all publicly available information together?

I am not sure if you are familiar with this site, but recently I found Gene Expression Atlas to be surprisingly elaborate on some topics.
Searching by condition, here I wanted to see all over (red) and under (blue) expressed genes involved with pancreatic carcinoma. It generated a plethora of downloadable results which then can be sorted and searched according to my will.

Here if I, let's say, choose mesothelin as marker, it can show all diseases that influence mesothelin expression. Good marker for pancreatic, breast, cervical cancer.
