I would like to harmonize different cytometers because I have a lot samples to analyze. To perform this harmonization I need to know which device is the least efficient? Could someone tell me which parameters I have to consider from the Baseline Report to do this?

For your purpose you have to use calibration beads. Every cytometer builders sell such beads.
You mix two different sizes and/or fluorescence. For example you can buy the 2.5 and 6 µm AlignFlow calibration particles sold by ThermoFisher, and you measure the CVs of each peak, in each channel, on each machine. You check that the ratio between the peaks is the same between machines and you set the PMT voltages to obtain the same value in FAU (Fluorescence Arbitrary Units).
