Which optoelectronic models should be used for Perovskite LED in silvaco?

When i am using general radiative model (OPTR) the luminious power i am getting is very low (1E-8 W/m^2) which does not match with the experimental results.But i don't understand why?

And also the current density doesnot change with the thickness.why?
