Your both graph shows peak between 400 to 450 nm, both are characteristic peak for AgNPs. But as per your graph, you need to clean your sample or repeat reaction for getting better peak.
Broadening of peak indicates polymorphic nature of nanoparticles synthesized in your sample. Same observations were i had reported in our study.

dear Prof.Yuri it is the Green matrix assisted synthesis of silver nanoparticles.. I wanted to ask does any of peak suggest the formation of silver nanoparticles below 100nm?

dr. peter what you said is almost true. i myself is interested in checking the efficacy of green , bio synthesis mediated nanoparticles. I reviewd a lot of literature related to green bio assisted synthesis . I am these days just cross checking either these methods relly work or relly nanopartcles are formed or they are fake reported. I have tried alot of green methods even published in recognized journals and i strictly follwed good laboratory practice but im not achieveing results mentioned .. finally i am near to conclusion that some reported green synthesis methods have adjustments they actually dont work as they are mentioned in papers..!
haha .. dr peter i acuallty used a konwn biomaterial reported in your european journal with know activity as i mentioned i strictly followed GLP and protocol as it was reported in previous literature .. i was just cross checking a reported item. but im not getting the results as they mentioned !
