Actually i wanted to asked if I carryout detailed Biochemical profiling study by means of TPC,TFC, DPPH,TOC, redcuing power, antimicrobial, mic, ames, hemolytic , dna damanging study on natural extract but without HPLC , lc-ms and gc-ms .. Is there probability for my work to be published in good journal?

It all depends on how you discuss those results and their correlation. Take for instance, there is a good correlation of TPC,TFC and antioxiants... An higher TPC,TPC is an indication of excellent antioxidant activities.... So is not about how many analysis conducted but how well you tailored your objectives to the conclusion part... Also try to enrich your work with recent literature to discover the research gaps...
If you have novel study, you can publish your findings anywhere.

Characterization is better to see the novelty. So try to perform characterization however with crude extracts if excellent activity you observe then without it you can publush in some moderate journal
