Origin. File-Import-Multiple ASCII and uploaded your files. Choose Start New Columns under Import Options. Then set the angle columns as X, and select all the data in Book1. Right click and choose Plot->Multi-Curve->Stack, and you will get the comparison picture you want. : )

As in X'pert High Score, Just open your ascii formated file in the program and then by clicking on Insert option you can insert another one then you can do further study.

An easy freeware is fityk; the free version (v0.9.8) even has some pre-installed XRD analysis tools
