I am nowing collecting the colon Lamina Propria cells. And when I prepared the digestion solution which need the DNase I.
Here, I want to ask, I have two type of DNase I from different company.
1) DNase I (Sigma, DN25-1G)
2) DNase I (Biolabs, M0303S, 2,000 units/ml )
Which one should I use for preparing the digestion solution? and why? Many thanks!

Without being a specialist of your domain, i thing you should read and compare the two product and what they are especially used for. You can then chose which is most related to what you wan to do. Dnase seem to be used to digest dna. They can differ by they acting or restriction site.
I agree with Francois that it depends on what you want to do. If you need to analyze RNA after DNase treatment, then use the New England Biolabs product because their DNase is RNase-free (will degrade DNA but leave RNA intact). In fact, reagents from NEB are routinely of very high quality, so maybe the best either way.
If you do not need to protect RNA, then the Sigma product should also work.
Don't forget that DNaseI requires either calcium or magnesium in the digestion buffer for activity.
