I would like to have a more formed judgment criterion to decide on one of these two qualitative information analysis tools. Please, I would greatly appreciate your advice and suggestions. Thanks.
Both are good QDA software alternatives considering user interface languages, operating systems, and costs. There are other Q&A on this topic here (e.g. https://www.researchgate.net/post/Would-you-suggest-Atlasti-or-N-Vivo-for-qualitative-data-analysis and https://www.researchgate.net/post/which_software_is_known_to_be_the_best_for_analyzing_the_qualitative_data). Also, you can consult the article Qualitative Analysis Software (ATLAS.ti/Ethnograph/MAXQDA/NVivo) available at https://bit.ly/2R4kXyr.
Both these programs and several others (e.g., MAXQDA and Dedoose) all do essentially the same thing. In addition, they all provide extensive support in the form of written material and training videos.
The best was to make a decision is to review some of that training material and choose the program that gives you the best starting point for your own purposes.
Both are good. That being said, you could go for a free open-source QDA Software, which has plenty of features that could cater to your needs. Here are some recommendations by Illinois University Library (2020).

I like to use the MAXQDA software. But I recently discovered that with the RQDA 'R' package, you can do exactly the same thing. The results and graphics are not as neat, but it is a wonderful free tool. By using free tools, we help make science more open!
