I have a dynamic analysis with a model that has 4 layers one inside the other in 3d solid and when simulating the von misses stress there is only data from the first two layers, why can this happen? How many layers can tie i abaqus ?

there should be no limit on what you can tie and therefore, it is only reasonable to assume that there is an error in the application of the tie command in this example.
Try to discretise all domains with a conformal hexahedral mesh. That should be possible for this domain without much problems. You would, however, need a bit of partitioning. That could serve as a reference solution.
In the next step, you should check all tie commands. There must be something missing in the definition.
When asking a question to the community, you should try to give as many details as possible. At this point, it is not clear what you are trying to solve and what the Dirichlet and Neumann boundary conditions are.
