I'm working on micropropagation of Cornus mas cultivars. I have problem with regenerated shoots, The apical part died after 6 wk culture. I use a medium follow publication of Durcovic 2008. What should I change in medium compsition?

I have received your question from the Research Gate, so I am giving an advice. Try to add albumin (for example Albumin H1, seller AppliChem, concentration 20 mg L-1).
If it should not work, then search a literature how to prevent shoot tip necrosis (for example George E.F. Plant Propagation by Tissue Culture or other reference books).
