Can we grow bamboo seeds in MS basal media ?
We were trieng to grow bamboo seeds in Murashige and Skoog basal media but the result have not come so far.
So which media is best to grow bamboo.

Check viability of seeds. Seeds that grow in it are viable. If a majority of the seeds are viable then they will grow in MS basal media. Check the agar content of your media. The porosity of agar needs to allow the flow of nutrients to the seed. Kindly check the percentage of agar used. Try using phytagel instead of agar. you can try with chu's N6 media too.
