I have to connect my phone line to ht9032d fsk decoder to obtain the caller id. The telephone is connected to the modem via rj11 cable. When the phone is idle, it gives 48V. i have made the setup like in datasheet but still not getting any reading from the Dout pin. What changes do I need to make. I have try change the resistor and capacitor values.
