your question is not clear to me. if you are looking for a proper constitutive law, it depends on the precision you need and your material.
ok i will be more clear.
I am modeling slope and pile in abaqus because i want study the slope stablity with pile in expansive soil. therefore, in abaqus i have to put the materials properties for the soil and choose which constitutive model (mohr coulomb, clay plasticity, ect...).
my question is which constitutive model can give me good result?

First of all, of course you know that, according to your subject, should use 3D analysis. However for your question, MC criteria is useful for conservative and priliminary analysis. Modified cam-clay is one option which you can use. I don not remember exactly in ABAQUS but take a look at available constitutive models . If there is no cam-clay model or modified cam-clay try to read clay plasticity and compare the model with those. if their are the same use clay pasticity.
