Depends sir on your pocket money as well as the attitude of the Journals. The American Journal of all types are fed with 100 article which have been accepted initially- the computer choose only 10- 20? in addition to the high fee and other problems..

You may search Scopus Organization so you may get a free as well as trustable Journal which is recognized internationally.

They will help you also in avoiding what is called the Wild Journals- those Journals which are not caring for the scientific material as much as accepting the maximum number of ( Customer ) to show you in false way the trustful Journals!?
