i would like to coat pure AL. on stainless steel, which method is good for the above said to improve strength.

You could also try sputter coating in vacuum. I am not sure how thick of a coating you desire.

Pure aluminium may be coated on stainless steel by electrolysis. It is very simple and effective method by which the thickness of aluminium by varying volt, current and time. The bonding will be very strong.
yes it is possible, there are may methods but most easy and fast is thermal spraying.
Pure aluminium may be coated on stainless steel by electroplating, but previously I have posted it as electrolysis, it was purely typing mistake.
